We want you to be happy with your hoop! Although refunds are not within our policy,  
we provide a generous warranty on every hoop we sell.

The real advantage to LED Superhoops is that they are super SIMPLY constructed. Not
only does this save us all money, our intention is to nearly eliminate malfunctioning by
cutting down on the parts that could suffer wear and tear.

  • If any unforeseen internal electrical problem occurs for UP TO A YEAR,  
    send it back to us (shipping and handling fees apply) and we will repair  the
    internal workings for free.

    and adjust your hoop for UP TO A YEAR after purchase for a minimal fee.
    Due to the complicated nature of the SuperWickit LED/Fire combo hoop, updates may incur a
    larger fee than standard LED hoops.

*Self-repair of your hoop will void your warranty.

We test each LED SuperHoop
thoroughly before sending it out
and insure the packaged hoop for the
price of the hoop just in case the postal
carrier goes, well, postal.

That said, you'll want to care for it like
you would any other
electronic item
that cost you a hundred or so bucks.

IMPORTANT:  Shipping your hoop should NEVER cost more than $12.00
Your post office may be unfamiliar with how to ship your hoop.  Let them know that if the system asks
for package dimensions, it should be measured
like a tire.  The girth of the package is the
measurement around the tubing of the hoop -- not the length or width.  Thus, the length should be
36-42" and the girth should be 6-15", depending upon thickness of the bubble wrap. If they attempt to
charge you a "balloon fee" it has not been calculated correctly. If necessary, point your postal worker
to Page 401 of their Quick Service Guide OR the DMM (Domestic Mail Manual), section 101,
subsection 5.1.  If you encounter difficulty, please request the manager, stand your ground, and insist
that they now ship the hoop they once happily delivered to you..
BE SURE TO:

  • insure the package at replacement
    price of your hoop for your protection
  • AMPLY wrap your hoop in bubble
    wrap and packing tape.
  • Obtain and email us a tracking number

difficulties shipping your hoop through the
USPS, please try the kind and professional
services of FedEx. You may also prefer to coil
your hoop down for shipping (as we now do). It
will attract less curiosity from the shipper.
